We have no beaches here, so I guess swimming pool. But maybe I'd choose beach if there were one nearby.

3. Long weekends here & there, or a 2-week vacation?

Since I don't work, I'll pick for my husband. I think he'd rather have long weekends here & there.

4. Destination: Acapulco or Hawaii?

Ummmm, Hawaii? Or Acapulco if I wasn't the one paying for it.

5. Destination: Mountains or Beach?

Again, we have no beach here, so I'll go with mountains. However, if there was a beach that was close to us...I'd definitely choose beach.

6. Hotel/motel/B&B or camping?

Hotel. Though a B&B could be romantic if the occasion was right.

7. Carefully planned vacation, or play it by ear?

Carefully planned. I have a kid. I have to know what we're doing before we do it.

8. Sneakers or sandals?

Where are we going? If it's somewhere where I don't have to worry about bugs crawling on my toes or hiking, I'll wear sandals. If we're doing some hard-core trekking, give me the sneakers!

9. Air-conditioning or fans?

AC. Unless it's a cool day. Then I'll use the fan.

10. Concerts in the park or baseball games?

Concerts in the park. I don't know a thing about baseball!
